The customer agrees to cover the actual shipping costs upon shipment. Please note that due to various factors, the website may not accurately calculate shipping costs at the time of order placement. If the actual shipping charges differ from the quoted amount, we will notify the customer promptly.
For larger items and custom-made products, incoming freight charges to RRE-Global will apply, even if the customer chooses in-person pickup. The customer is kindly requested to settle incoming shipping fees before the scheduled pickup.
When receiving your shipments, we kindly ask you NOT TO ACCEPT DAMAGED GOODS.
Once a shipment is accepted, most shipping companies no longer accept damage claims, and the shipping insurance becomes void.
Large items will be shipped using LTL shipping at current rates, which may change on a weekly basis. To help reduce shipping costs, please provide a commercial shipping address for LTL shipments whenever possible.
